Do you want help learning about your garden?
Do you want to grow vegetables and propagate plants, or maintain the ones you have, but don't know where to start?
Or what about replanting a problem area with plants which will thrive, rather than die?
Then garden coaching is for you!
Garden coaching differs from a classroom based gardening course in that it is tailored to your individual needs. It takes place in your own garden and is based around what you want to know. For example, you may have a garden full of plants, but not know what they are, or what to do with them. A coaching session can help with identifying the plants and giving advice on when to prune and how to maintain them.
Skills such as pruning or sowing seeds are much easier to learn from being shown what to do than by reading a book.
If you have a busy lifestyle, you may need help with reducing maintenance in the garden, and coaching can help with ideas to redesign high maintenance areas and action plans for what to do when.
Coaching takes place on a one to one basis, and each session lasts about an hour, concentrating on a particular aspect of gardening.
